Justice involved women deserve stable, well paying jobs.

ARCH is working with justice involved women who are seeking apprenticeships & training in a range of construction and nontraditional employment opportunities.

Women obtain skills in areas such as:

HVAC

ELECTRICAL

MAINTENANCE

CARPENTRY

CONSTRUCTION

WEB DESIGN

ARCH is working with women both currently in Ohio institutions and in the community.

We are working to connect them to employers and apprenticeship opportunities in skilled trades, manufacturing, STEM, and other career pathways.

Solar Program

ARCH is supporting and working to expand solar panel installation training and green energy jobs in ODRC institutions, as well as reentry supports and job placement services for graduates of the program.

The first Photovoltaic class has graduated!

The inaugural Photovoltaic Class at ORW has concluded with fourteen participants under the guidance of Mr. Jay Warmke of Blue Rock Station. Graduation will occur pending final exams this week. We are so proud of these ladies and cannot wait to see them succeed in non-traditional work fields!
